Shipping
Processing Time
Each order is packed with care by our small team here in central Indiana. We do everything we can to get your order out the door in 3-5 business days (faster whenever possible!).
Once shipped, delivery usually takes another 2-5 business days, depending on your location and carrier.
Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Orders placed after 12pm ET are processed the next business day.
If we’re unable to ship within the timeframe above, we’ll email you with a new estimated ship date. You can accept the delay or cancel for a full refund.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.

We currently offer standard shipping within the United States.
If you’re in a hurry and need your order quickly, send us an email at help@katejanerae.com. We’ll always try to help when we can, but we can’t guarantee expedited delivery.
Local Delivery
If you live within a 15 mile radius of Pendleton, IN (zip code 46064), you can opt for local delivery at checkout. (Local delivery will automatically become available if your address is in a zip code within the radius; view a list of eligible zip codes here.)
We use porch drop-off and may photograph delivery for confirmation. If access is restricted (gated/concierge), please include instructions at checkout.
Free Shipping
Spend $75 or more (after discounts, before taxes and fees), and shipping’s on us - no code required! The free shipping option will appear automatically in your cart once your order qualifies.
Shipping Errors or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at help@katejanerae.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, inner/outer packaging, and shipping label.
If order tracking says your package was delivered but you never received it, contact us at help@katejanerae.com within 14 days of the last tracking update so we can investigate and, if applicable, file a carrier claim.
Entered the wrong address? Email us at help@katejanerae.com immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it. If it’s in transit or delivered, rerouting may not be possible. Packages returned due to address issues can be reshipped; additional postage may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to truly love what you ordered! That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most items.
Eligibility
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- Items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in like-new condition with all original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund. (Original shipping fees are non-refundable.)
- Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, dirt, smoke, cutting, sewing, or alteration cannot be accepted.
- Patterns, downloads, gift cards, closeout items, custom orders, and products marked “All Sales Final” are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Simply email help@katejanerae.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return or exchange.
We’ll confirm your request and send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please ship your return within 10 days of receiving your label.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange - typically within 5-7 business days. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
